The Albarino by Paco & Lola is a fresh white wine that is easy to read, produced in the Rías Baixas. Fermentation takes place in steel at low temperatures, a choice that preserves the clarity of the fruit and the aromatic cleanliness. On the nose, it expresses hints of citrus such as grapefruit and lime, notes of white acacia flowers and orange blossom, and tropical scents of lychee. The palate is fresh, citrusy, and fruity, with an elegant finish. It pairs well with salmon sushi.
