The Cava Brut Reserva ‘Organic’ Sogas Mascaró is a Catalan sparkling wine made from organic farming. It originates from the estate of Olèrdola, in the Alt Penedès, where the first vineyards of the area were established in the year 1001. The grapes of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada, processed with only the free-run must, create a blend that rests for at least 24 months on the lees, with a poignettage step that adds complexity. On the nose, it offers aromas of brioche, butter croissant, and dried fruit. On the palate, it is dry, structured, and silky, with vibrant freshness and a long, fruity finish.
