From our sommeliers
The Champagne Rosé 'Enfant de la Montagne' Bertrand-Delespierre is an Extra Brut produced by the sixth generation of a historic family from the Petite Montagne de Reims. Born from the three grape varieties of the region, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, it rests for four years on the lees before disgorgement. On the nose, it releases raspberry, currant, and a hint of bread crust, while the palate combines vibrant freshness and creamy bubbles, with a dry and salty finish. A delicious rosé that calls for the table, perfect with a seared tuna fillet
Colour:
Pale pink with coppery reflections, lively perlage
Scent:
Energetic hints of currant and raspberry, subtle hints of violet and a pastry finish with meringue
Taste:
