The Fleurie 'Le Vivier' by Yohan Lardy originates in Beaujolais from pure Gamay grapes, from vines protected by stone walls on sandy and rocky soil two hundred meters above sea level. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified without additives, it rests for six months in large oak barrels. On the nose, it reveals aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, and red currant, with a touch of violet. On the palate, it is tense and sunny, with vibrant freshness and beautiful sapidity, gentle tannins, and a smooth sip. A red from the brightest cru of Beaujolais, ideal with roasted chicken or a cheese like Brie
