Schioppettino Spolert 2024

The Schioppettino di Prepotto by Spolert is produced with the grape variety that most belongs to this place. The wine matures in oak, cement, and terracotta amphorae. After a maceration on the skins of about fifteen days, it presents itself with an intense ruby color and violet reflections. On the nose, it is rich and spicy, with plum and blackberry on a typical touch of black pepper. On the palate, it is dry and full-bodied, with fine tannins and a savory and peppery finish.
