Soave 'Sereole' Bertani 2022

The Soave Classico ‘Sereole’ by Bertani comes from white grape varieties of the Sereole vineyard, one of the most renowned crus of the denomination, in the heart of the Classica area. Produced exclusively with Garganega, the most elegant native white grape from Verona, it matures for several months in French oak barrels and rests in the bottle. On the nose, it is seductive, with a citrus side and a floral touch of white flowers on a salty background. On the palate, it is enveloping and complex, with vibrant freshness, a mineral vein, and a persistent finish, ideal with seafood risotto or baked sea bass.
