The Trento Sparkling Rosé Reserve 'Cavaliere Nero' by Revì is a Classic Method mountain wine made from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The name, inspired by the chivalric saga of the collection 'The Heroes', accompanies a limited production of 3,000 bottles that rest for 68 months on the lees. On the nose, it combines hints of bread crust, strawberry, raspberry, and currant with a floral touch of nigritella. On the palate, it is broad, with a lively bubble and a pronounced savory vein.
